World Organization of China Painters and IWOCP Membership List Instructions
		1. Check each member's information.  Correct any errors and update information as needed.  Add email addresses for members who wish their email address to be in our state membership book.  Complete the forms for new members and associate members. 2. Make 5 copies of each of the pages.  (see Standing Rule #1 -  The original will go to Oklahoma.  Your club keeps one copy.  Other copies go to : President, Treasurer, Coresponding Secretary, and the Membership Book Committee) 3. Enclose your club's check for dues payable to IWOCP.         Dues:                      World Organization -  $27.00                       Iowa dues -              $ 5.00        Send World and Iowa dues for each regular member and                    $5 for each out of state associate member.                Individuals who belong to two Iowa clubs pay dues from their "home" club, but                    owe nothing to the state for the other Iowa club.    5. Mail forms and dues by May 1, 2008.  If every club does this, we should be able                          to have the yearbooks ready in time for the June, 2008, Convention.. The information on these membership lists is used for our yearbook as well as the mailing of "The China Painter".  Please meet this deadline so you will continue receiving the Painter and so the yearbooks can be printed and ready for you to pick up.  If your books are not picked up at the Convention or at the fall board meeting, they will be sent to you at your expense.  (See Standing Rule # 24)
