The centerpieces at the Friday night banquet were teapots painted by the Convention organizers.
Patty Ringer installed the 2003-04 Officers.
The results of the Museum voting were announced.  The 12 pieces below will go to Oklahoma.
Shirley Guthridge won the hospitality book drawing and the vase painted by Glida Jones.
The 2003 IWOCP Convention's Victorian Tea Party ended with the drawing of the winners of the raffle pieces.
