You are invited to participate in the 2012 Iowa Convention - “The Wow Factor...Porcelain Painting”. It is being held at the Holiday Inn & Suites Des Moines Northwest, 4800 Merle Hay Road, Des Moines, IA 50322. Phone: 515-278-4755
Set-up times are Wednesday, May 23 4 p.m.-10 p.m. and Thursday morning, May 24, 8 to 12 (noon).
Convention will be open: Thursday, May 24, 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. , Friday, May 25, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. , and Saturday,
May 26, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The hotel is directly off interstate I-80 and very easy to find. Please find enclosed a contract, and demonstration and advertising information. We have limited space, therefore, please return your contract as soon as possible. Space is on a first come basis. We find that many of our painters refer to our programs for information on calling many of the vendors after the convention. Therefore, you might want to consider placing an ad in our program. We hope you will join us.

The Iowa World Organization of China Painters/Exhibitors shall agree as follows:
In consideration of stated sum per booth/table, the exhibitor agrees to pay said sum as described below:
1 - 8 foot X 30 inch table: $70
Each Additional Table $50
Please send 50% of the fee with your contract. The remaining balance to be paid by March 15, 2012 .
CANCELLATION POLICY: Refund will be made only lif the booth is resold before March 1, 2012
No booth or table may be sublet, re-assigned or shared with another party without the consent of the IWOCP President or Show Chair. Only names on the contract will be allowed to sell.
The contract holder agrees to obtain and pay for any needed insurance coverage for merchandise and employees.
The contract holder also agrees to pay any and all federal and state taxes.
The President and Convention Chairperson shall have the right to relocate exhibits to present a more uniform show.
Iowa World Organization of China Painters, Holiday Inn & Suites Des Moines, Northwest, Iowa, officers, directors, employees and agents will not be responsible for any claims due to loss from theft, fire, breakage, or any damage during the setting up, the duration of the show itself, or the taking down of a ll properties.
The exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the Holiday Inn & Suites Des Moines Northwest and the Iowa World Organization of China Painters from and against actions, losses, costs, damages to property or bodily injury to the exhibitor, his agents, representatives, employees by reason of the exhibit’s occupancy and use of exhibition facilities.
